How to Decrease Mortgage Debt

You should be current on your mortgage payments, and also the amount owed on the mortgage must be less than 125% of your home's current worth. Complete the application for the application you’ve selected. As soon as you meet all of the prerequisites, and the creditor agrees to the smaller mortgage payments, you can start making monthly payments under the new plan.
